• The Customer is eligible for Amazon Pay Gift Card / Flipkart Voucher worth Rs. 1,000, subject to minimum spends of Rs. 25,000 on the Debit card in first 90 days from the date of Account opening and Product Average Quarterly Balance maintained in the Savings account as per T&C for 1st Quarter from next month of Account opening. This Amazon Pay Gift Card / Flipkart Voucher can be used to purchase 1 year of Amazon Prime membership as well as shopping, recharge, bill payment and travel booking on Amazon.in
  
  Example: If the customer has opened an account on 15th Sep’20, then Product Average Quarterly Balance as per T&C has to be maintained in Specialé Gold Savings account from Oct’20 to Dec’20. Also the customer has to spend Rs.25,000 using Platinum debit card within 90 days from date of account opening i.e. 15th Sep’20 to 14th Dec’20. Post fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the Customer will receive voucher within 90 days from end of eligibility period i.e. latest by 31st Mar’21.

• The Customer, w.e.f. 1-Aug'23, is eligible for 3 vouchers of Rs.100 each from Uber/ Swiggy / Gaana / Apollo Pharmacy every quarter if the Debit card is active every month and Product Average Quarterly Balance as per T&C is maintained in  Specialé Gold Account every quarter from next month of Account opening. This offer is valid for one year from account opening.
  
  FD cushion is not applicable for claiming merchant benefits. Only successful debit card transactions will be considered and reversals on any transactions will not be considered as successful debit card transactions. ATM transactions or withdrawals will not be considered under successful debit card transactions

Specialé Platinum

• The Customer is eligible for Apollo Pharmacy voucher of Rs 1000 OR Myntra voucher of Rs 1000, subject to minimum spends of Rs. 50,000 on the Debit card in first 90 days after Account opening and and Product Average Quarterly Balance maintained in the Savings account as per T&C for one quarter from next month of Account opening Post fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the Customer will receive voucher within 90 days from end of eligibility period

• The Customer is eligible for Epicure Preferred membership valid at Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta hotels, subject to minimum spends of Rs. 75,000 on the Debit card in first 180 days after Account opening and and Product Average Quarterly Balance maintained in the Savings account as per T&C for two quarters from next month of Account opening. Post fulfilling the eligibility criteria, the Customer will receive voucher within 90 days from end of eligibility period.

In case of any issues relating to the above Offer including any dispute or discrepancy or non-receipt of voucher or on the eligibility, HDFC Bank’s decision shall be final and binding in all respects and the same shall not be disputed by the Customer.

Customer would be eligible to avail the Debit card Offer during the period and cannot avail the Offer again by opening another Account.

Merchant alliance offers are not eligible for account upgrades and will be provided only on new account opening. However, the Customer will be eligible for other product benefits on Investments / Transaction benefits like ATM, Cash, Chequebook/ etc will be eligible. Any downgrade in the product (Specialé Gold/Specialé Platinum to Other Savings account) would lead to the Customer for not being eligible for Merchant Alliance benefits.
