Procedure for closure of card account if the card has not been used for more than one year : Please note that if a credit card has not been used for a continuous period of 1 (one) year, the Bank will intimate the cardholder about non-usage of the card and request the cardholder to start using the card within 30 (thirty) days from the date of such intimation. If either no reply is received from the cardholder or the cardholder does not start using the card within a period of 30 (thirty) days, the card account shall be closed by the Bank, subject to payment of all dues by the cardholder.
