What Is Phoenix Gift Card?
The Phoenix Gift Card is a prepaid card which is a financial instrument which can be preloaded with a designated amount in Indian Rupees for subsequent use as per cardholder’s requirement.- Where Can I Use the Card?
Card can be used at all merchant outlet that accepts VISA cards in Phoenix Marketcity (Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore) Phoenix Palassio Lucknow, Phoenix United (Lucknow & Bareilly), Phoenix Palladium Mumbai only. The card cannot be used to withdraw cash. - How Does The Card Work?
Every time the gift card is used, the purchase amount is deducted automatically from the card balance. When you swipe the card at any POS machine, the machine will prompt for PIN. You need to enter your Gift card PIN details to complete the transaction - How To Use The Card At POS?
Swipe the card & input the purchase amount, the terminal will prompt for a PIN. User to punch in the correct PIN. Post verification of the Pin is the transaction will get authenticated / approved. - Can the Card Value Be Topped Up?
This is a one-time single non-reloadable card and the value of the card cannot be topped up. - Are There Any Charges For Using This Card?
No, there are no charges for using this card. If there are any merchant charges/fees, it will be directly debited from your card on every transaction. Charges are subjective to change from time to time. - Where Can I Get the Phoenix Gift Card?
You can purchase The Phoenix gift card at any of the Phoenix Malls located across Mumbai, Chennai, Pune, Bangalore, Lucknow & Bareilly and Online (Respective Malls Website).You can also purchase Online through the respective malls website. - Are KYC Documents Required for Purchasing The Card?
No KYC documents are required to purchase the gift card - Why Am I Being Asked For The Details Of The Person Whom I Wish To Gift The Card To?
The beneficiary details are required as all communication regarding their gift card activation and transactions will be sent to their contact details in future. - What Is the validity of the card?
The validity of the card is three years from the date of activation. - In how much time will my card be loaded from the time Of Activation?
The card will be activated immediately on payment confirmation. - How To Check Balance On Card?
Beneficiary Mobile App: Download the beneficiary mobile app > login > My Cards > the card balance will show
IVRS: Call the support number (printed on the back of the card) using your registered mobile number to check the balance on the card
Concierge: The cardholder can share the Kit Number at the concierge and check their card balance
SMS: After every spend transaction the cardholder gets an SMS with the amount spent and the available card balance
- What Do I Do When The Card Limit Has Been Exhausted?
If customer opt for home delivery, then courier charges of ₹ 66+taxes will be applicable. - What Should I Do To Prevent Unauthorized Usage If I Lose The Card?
Beneficiary Mobile App: Download the beneficiary mobile app > Login > Block Card > Select the card you wish to block
IVRS: Call the support number (printed on the back of the card) registered mobile number to block and hotlist the card.
- How Do I Use The Money On My Blocked Card?
After you have blocked your card, you can approach your nearest Phoenix Mall Phoenix gift card kiosk & get issued a new card for the fee of INR 25 + taxes . Post which you can call the call centre and get the amount transferred from your blocked gift card to your new gift card. Transfer of balance is only in case of a blocked card - Can I Transfer Funds From One Card To Another?
The funds can be transferred only in case of blocked/hot listed/damaged/lost scenarios - Is There A daily Limit, To Value Of Shopping For A Day?
There is no daily limit on the cardto the value of shopping for a day. You can shop until the balance amount in the card is exhausted. Can An Expired Gift Card Be Exchanged For A New Gift Card?
You can avail a replacement card in case the gift card has got expired.
Can I Use The Gift Card For Online Transaction?
No, the card can only be used for POS transaction at Phoenix Malls across India.How Many Gift Cards Can I Buy At One Go?
An Individual can buy maximum 20 Gift cards in a year with maximum amount of INR 10000 each.What If The Purchase Value At The Brand Store Is Higher Than The Gift Card Value?
If the purchase value is higher than the gift card value the balance can be paid by the customer in any accepted mode of payment at the vendor.Can Any Item Purchased Through Phoenix Gift Card Be Returned Or Exchanged?
Yes, any item purchased through PGC can be returned or exchanged as per the return policy of the brand /store.
How Many Number Of Gift Cards Can Be Consolidated To Make A Purchase?
Any number of gift cards can be consolidated to make the purchase as per the payment policy of the brand/store.
1. Can the card be couriered to my address?
Yes the card can be courier at your address but the courier charges have to be borne by you.
2. How do we ensure the card is delivered to the right person? Otp validation is done to ensure the cad is delivered to the cardholder.

3. In case the card is undelivered what happens to my amount on the card if the card is not claimed
The funds can be transferred to the source account in case the card is not claimed.
4. Once i Purchase the card can it be cancelled and refunded?
Yes only the purchaser can cancel and claim for refund.
5. Where can i collect the card if it is Undelivered?
The card can be picked up from any Phoenix mall if undelivered.
6. What happens to the purchased amount on the card , if card is not claimed?
The funds can be transferred to the source account in case the card is not claimed.What are the courier Charges?
Rs 66+ 18% GST has to borne by purchaser.

Timelines: maximum number of days:
Within Mumbai/Pune: 2-3 days
Lucknow, Bareilly: 4 days
Chennai/Bangalore: 4days
North East/ J&K: 5-6 days

Go Payments has no control over the card delivery. We have partnered with BlueDart for Card Delivery.On the customer portal (on all the Phoenix websites) in card purchase history the AWB number is provided. Card tracking is available on the portal.
Delivery timelines may vary subject to lockdown restrictions across various cities & states.
If purchased online then how to check the balance?
The purchases can be checked through various options:

How do I change my address post purchase of Gift Card?
There is no option to change the address post purchase of the Gift Card. An address confirmation pop up is shown in the portal for checking the courier address for final confirmation.
What all a Gift Card Kit comprises?
A gift card kit comprises of :- A Welcome Letter, the Card, a Pin Mailer and the Terms and Conditions sheet
How to track the delivery
On the customer portal (on all the Phoenix websites) in card purchase history the AWB number is provided. Once the user clicks on that they will be redirected to the courier partner’s webpage for tracking the card.
How to check the purchase History
Customer Journey (on all the Phoenix websites) > Card Purchase History Tab > Enter Purchaser’s Mobile Number > Validate with OTP > Card Purchase History is shown
How to activate the card if purchased online
The cards are dispatched in an activated state. The cardholder does not need to activate the cards.
What if the purchased card is not working?
If the purchased Gift Card is not working the following actions can be taken:
Visit nearest Phoenix Mall Gift Card issuance outlet and report for the Gift Card issue.

Where to report if card is stolen or lost or misused?
Beneficiary Mobile App: Download the beneficiary mobile app > Login > Block Card > Select the card you wish to block
IVRS: Call the support number (printed on the back of the card) registered mobile number to block and hotlist the card
Email: You can write to us on the registered support email ID printed on the back of the card to hotlist your card.
How do I reschedule my card delivery?
Card Delivery cannot be rescheduled. The delivery will be attempted a maximum of 3 times and then RTO (per normal Bank standards).
Can I cancel my purchase?
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
How can I change my demographic details?

The changes will be done within 24 hours. An email communication will be sent on the registered email id after the changes are done.
