How can I earn Times Points?

HDFC bank Times Points Debit Card users can earn points by simply using their debit card on offline (Point of Sale) or online (ecommerce) transactions.

How do I reset my password?

Set or change your password by logging into your account and clicking the settings tab. In case you have forgotten the password of your account, you can click on “Forget Password”.  You will receive an email that will allow you to reset your password.

I am already a member of Times Points, do I need to register again?

If the email ID with which you registered in your existing account matches the one that you shared with HDFC Bank at time of your application, then you will not need to register again. You can continue using the same login details. If not, then a new account will be created using the email ID shared with HDFC Bank.

How much am I going to be charged yearly for the HDFC Bank Times Points Debit Card?

The annual charges for HDFC Bank Times Points Debit Card is Rs. 650+ tax as applicable.

How can I earn Times Points?

• You will earn 500 Times Points as a welcome benefit on the transaction using your debit card.
• You will earn 2 Times Points every time you shop for  Rs. 150 except on Fuel, Jewellery & Business Services.

Yes, all your Times points will be carried forward to your new card.

How do I register for Times Points?

As an HDFC Bank Times Points Debit Card holder you will be auto-registered for the Times Points loyalty program. You will receive an auto-generated mail at your bank reg email id. This email will have a link to help you setup your account, set password etc.

Where do I redeem Times Points?

Please login to www.timespoints.com using your registered email id and follow these setups: simple steps:

• Click on the redeem tab and view the offers
• Select an offer and click on "Redeem"
• Enter delivery location with pin code verification
• Mention contact details and click on “Continue”
• Review and confirm your order.
• On successful redemption you will receive a confirmation on your registered email id.

In case of sufficient points, users can click the “Quick Redeem” button on Homepage in the “Redeem
your points on exciting rewards & offers” section.

If I am having two member IDs can I merge both the IDs and points?

No, 2 IDs cannot be merged. Your HDFC Bank Times Points Debit Card linked account will be linked to your HDFC Bank registered email id. You can view and redeem your Times Points using this account only.

Which are the offers I am eligible for as a Times Debit Card holder?

You are eligible for a wide range of offers across multiple e-commerce categories that you can view by logging in your timespoints.com account.

Do I need to mandatorily register?

Yes, you will have to register and activate your account to view & avail the offers 

Is there any Personal Accidental Death Cover for Times Point Debit Card holders?

Yes. There is an Accelerated insurance cover of 10 Lakhs in case of death by Air / Road / Rail. For more information to visit www.hdfcbank.com.

What do I do if I am not able to avail merchant offers?

Do not worry if you are not able to avail the offers at your disposal. Any issue related to merchants or code not working or bar code not getting read, just write to CS@timespointsdebit.com.
