As part of our commitment towards providing a seamless banking experience, we will soon be launching an updated version of our MobileBanking App. In addition to enhanced security features this update further enriches the experience around conducting certain transactions which are mentioned below:

  • View unbilled and unsettled transactions of your card in the Credit Card Summary page

  • Credit Card Statement up to 36 months can now be downloaded in Excel, CSV & PDF formats

  • Easily access the Home Loan App via the home loan icon on the Main Login Screen

Please make a note that the updated version of the MobileBanking App does not support WatchBanking services. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience to you and regret the same.

We are happy to inform you that the bank also offers ChatBanking on WhatsApp as a service to its customers. Currently more than 200 transactions are supported on this platform. To register for ChatBanking on WhatsApp please send ‘Hi’ on 7070022222 and follow the steps as guided. Q1. Is WatchBanking available on my Apple watch?

As a part of continuously offering our customers a better experience, we have launched an updated and more secure version of our MobileBanking App.  Please note that WatchBanking services will not be supported from MobileBanking App version 11.2.2. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience to customers and regret the same.

Q2. Will my existing WatchBanking and data be affected?

You will no longer be able to pair your watch with the MobileBanking App and login to your account via your watch.

Q3. Is there any alternative for WatchBanking? How will the transition impact my overall banking experience?

We are happy to inform you that the bank also offers ChatBanking on WhatsApp as a service to its customers. Q4. Are there specific smartwatch models that will still be supported?

No. WatchBanking services will be discontinued across all models of Apple smart watches

Q5. Will the App be deleted from my watch even if the service is discontinued?

You may still see the WatchBanking icon on your watch.
