You can change your mailing address registered with HDFC Bank through NetBanking, by post or by visiting your nearest HDFC Bank branch.

Here’s how you can change the mailing address in a few, easy steps

Step1


Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking ID and Password


Step2


Click on Update Contact Details option from top menu and select Update Address transaction

Step3


Go through the list of acceptable address proof documents and scan a self-attested copy of one such address proof for uploading

Step4


Click on Continue; you will be re-directed to a page with the option to Add and Upload a document

Step5


Verify the details, add the document and upload it

Send request through courier, post or bearer to the nearest HDFC Bank branch

Visit your nearest branch to easily change your mailing address

​​​​​​​NetBanking :

• Log in to your NetBanking account
• Click on “ Profile Details” on top of the page  -    
• Click on “Update address”
• Click “Update” tab. You will be redirected to upload the self-attested scanned copy of document.
• Update your address under "Address details" 
• Upload your address proof under "Document Upload"
• Enter Code and confirm Terms & Conditions
• Click on Submit

If the request / document is in order, the address would be updated in 2 working days.


Branch :

You can submit an application for change in address duly signed, at any nearest branch.

The form for the address change needs to be submitted together with a documentary proof of address (please carry your original documents with you).

Your mailing address will be updated within 7 working days, once the application with any of the supporting documents is received and found to be in order.
