    What is the document submission process when you opt for Video KYC?

    • Completion of Digital Account opening via Aadhaar OTP based E-KYC.
    • Consenting for Video KYC option.
    • Clicking on the video KYC link displayed on the final page of the account opening section. This link will also be sent via SMS and is valid for 7 days from the date of generation.
    • Proceed to complete Video KYC via a video call, made anytime between 10 am to 6 pm on all days other than Sundays and Public Holidays. 
    • Allow camera, microphone, and location access on your smartphone.
    • Allow the HDFC Bank Official to click your photograph, verify your original PAN card, and take your signature once connected via video call.
