Hamley’s E- Gift Voucher-

1. The Hamley’s E-Gift Card can only be redeemed at all Hamley’s Stores in India (except Delhi airport and other SIS outlets) by presenting it to the cashier at the time of making a purchase.
2. This E-Gift Card cannot be encashed. No cash refund in part / full will be provided.
3. Hamley’s will not be responsible for lost card and no demand for replacement / compensation for the lost code will be entertained.
4. Once the E-Gift Card is issued / used, request for cancellation will not be entertained.
5. Protect the E-Gift card number and pin to avoid misuse, Hamley’s shall not assume any liability in case the e gift card pin gets stolen/compromised, Hamley’s shall neither replace the E-Gift card nor refund the cash.
6. The E-Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the date of activation. After such period the card will no longer be valid for redemption. No request for extension of validity period will be entertained.
7. The E-Gift Card cannot be re-loaded with any additional amount once it is issued.
8. The E-Gift Card is for one-time use only. Any balance amount in the E-Gift Card after the card is redeemed will be forfeited.
9. The E-Gift Card does not represent any underlying or identified goods or merchandise.
10. Hamley’s reserves the right to alter any /all the terms and condition of this E-Gift Card at any time without prior notice.
11. Decision of Hamley’s in respect of any mailer related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained in this behalf.
12. The bearer of this E-Gift Card will be considered as the bonafide recipient of the benefits of redemption.
13. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
14. Hamley 's E-Gift Cards will be delivered within 24 business hours. (Business Hours are Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding any public holidays)

Myntra E- Gift Card voucher-

1. This E-Gift Card is redeemable only on Myntra marketplace platform.
2. This E-Gift Card shall have a validity period of 6 months.
3. This E - Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
4. Multiple E- Gift Cards can be clubbed in a single order.
5. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded.
6. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
7. In cases where the order is cancelled, the E- Gift Card amount shall be refunded to the source E-Gift Card. The E - Gift Card amount shall not be refunded to the user's cashback account.
8. The balance amount, if any, of the cost of the item being purchased by the Customer, after the discount has been availed, will have to be paid by the Customer at the time of purchase. If the order value exceeds the E -Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/Cash on Delivery.
9. Extra VAT may apply in addition to the unit sale price on certain products, but the final inclusive price will not exceed the 'M.R.P.'
10. All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the offer shall be borne solely by the Customer
11. If the order value is less than the amount of the E - Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same E -Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
12. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card.
13. Once the E - Gift Card has been sent to the customer, then the customers are bound to protect the E-Gift Card PIN or E -Gift Card number. In the event of any misuse of E -Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser/customer, myntra.com. shall not be held responsible for the same and no refund can be issued against such E -Gift Cards. .
14. Myntra.com assume no responsibility for the products purchased using the E - Gift Card and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed. Product warranty shall be regulated by the terms and conditions mentioned on the warranty card of respective products.
15. Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
16. Myntra reserves the right to cancel the E - Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
17. Myntra along with its sellers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the E-Gift Card, including extending, withdrawing or discontinuing the same without notice, at its sole discretion.
18. All orders would be subject to availability at the time of purchase and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on myntra.com. In case of return of the purchased item, please refer to the “Return Policy” on our website or write to returns@myntra.com.
19. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
20. This E-Gift Card can be redeemed online against all sellers listed on www.myntra.com or Myntra Mobile App only.
21. Myntra E-Gift Cards will be delivered within 24 business hours. (Business Hours are Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding any public holidays)
22. Every holder of Gift Cards shall be required to add the value stored on such Gift Card into Myntra User Account as a pre-requisite to the redemption of the Gift Cards.

How to Redeem Apollo eGift Voucher:

Step 1: Customer asks to settle bill by Apollo E-Gift Card
Step 2: Before redemption cashier checks if the card is active, there is enough value on the card to settle the bill
Step 3: Cashier redeems the card as required, collects balance payment (if any) by cash/credit/debit card and generates bill
Step 4: Cashier attaches the redemption slip with the bill and hands it over to the customer.
