Understanding Lounge Access Under Priority Pass

For each visit, the charge applicable to you, and any guests, will be based on the 'Record of Visit' voucher, receipt, or log submitted by the lounge operator. The lounge staff will make the necessary voucher imprint or log entry of your membership card. It is your responsibility to ensure that the 'Record of Visit' voucher, receipt, or log accurately reflects your own usage and that of any guests at the time of using the lounge. Where provided, you are also responsible for keeping the 'Cardholder's' copy of the 'Record of Visit' voucher or receipt.

A. Priority Pass Mobile App
Download and install the official Priority Pass app on your smartphone.
Log in to your account using your credentials.
Navigate to the ‘Account’ section within the app.
Here, you should find a detailed record of your recent Priority Pass lounge visits, including dates, locations, and any associated charges.
B. Priority Pass Website
Visit the official Priority Pass website using a web browser.
Log in to your account by entering your membership credentials.
Select the ‘My Priority Pass’ section.
Similar to the mobile app, you should be able to view a detailed history of your Priority Pass usage, including any associated fees.
C. Bank or Card Statements
