Re-issue of ATM/Debit PIN

You can request a reissue of your ATM/Debit card PIN if you have forgotten it. You can do this via NetBanking or PhoneBanking or through HDFC Bank branch offices. The new ATM/Debit Card PIN will be sent to your mailing address.

Get New ATM/Debit PIN Via

NetBanking

Here’s how you can get a new ATM/ Debit pin through NetBanking.


Step1


Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking ID and Password


Step2


Click on Debit card and select PIN Regeneration


Step3


Select Card number, click on Continue


Step4


Select Reason for Regeneration


Step5


Check mailing address and Confirm


Step6


Click on Terms and Conditions and Confirm

HDFC Bank Branch

Here’s how you can get a new ATM/Debit PIN through a HDFC Bank branch

Download application form


Step2


Fill up the form and have it signed by all accountholders

Step3


Submit the form at the nearest branch

Validate your Telephone Identification Number (TIN). This is a 4-digit number that is provided to you by HDFC Bank for accessing PhoneBanking Service
