General Guidance for Credit cards collection

  • Your credit card account may be assigned to our external association liasing with you for payment of dues. The list of such agencies along with their addresses is available in our website for your reference.
  • The collection agency or external association engaged by us identity themselves by carrying an identity card along with the authority letter issued by the bank.
  • The collection agency or external association engaged by us would carry a receipt book to collect payment vide cheque / cash / DD etc.
  • You are advised to check the details mentioned in the receipt and match the signature of collector in receipt against the identity card before your sign-off.
  • Receipt is only for the purpose of collecting the dues and therefore any other obligations by way of over-writing or alterations in receipt is not valid.
  • Receipt is a temporary acknowledgement of your payment and is subject to formal confirmation in your next statement.
  • You may also confirm the status of your payment by contacting our customer services help line after 3 working days of issue of receipt date.
  • Payment received by cheque shall be subject to realization thereof.
