Important Update: HDFC Bank MobileBanking App Support Ending for Older Devices

To keep your banking experience safe and smooth, the HDFC Bank MobileBanking App will now work only on the following mobile operating systems:
• Android version 9 and above
• iOS version 15 and above

If your phone is running an older version, the app will no longer be supported.

Why This Change
Google and Apple no longer provide security updates for older Android and iOS versions. Using outdated systems may put your financial data at risk.
That’s why we’ve updated the app requirements to ensure:
• Stronger protection from fraud and cyber threats
• Better app performance and fewer crashes
• Improved privacy and data control

What You Can Do
If You’re an Android User

• Go to Settings > System > System Update
• Tap Check for Update and follow the steps
• If your phone does not support Android 9 or above:
– Use HDFC Bank NetBanking via browser
– Or consider upgrading your phone

If You’re an iPhone User
• Go to Settings > General > Software Update
• Tap Download and Install
• If your device doesn’t support iOS 15 or higher:
– Use HDFC Bank NetBanking via browser
