Pre-requisites for Form 15 G/H :

1. You must be a Resident Individual or Senior Citizen holding Savings / Salary Account(s)  and Deposit(s).

2. You must have an operational Savings / Salary Account.

3. The Online submission of Form 15 G/H is only available for customers who are the first holder of the Deposit(s).

4. Form 15G/H already submitted for Deposit(s) in the current Financial Year won't reflect in subsequent submissions within the same Financial Year.

5. PAN must be linked with Aadhaar and updated in bank records.
