Cards Scheduled Downtime Intimation

Important Note:


  • Dear Customer, due to scheduled maintenance on 7th Dec’23 between 00:30 hrs to 03:30 hrs (3 hours) and 14th Dec’23 between 00:30 hrs to 03:30 hrs (3 hours), respectively, your HDFC Bank Debit/Credit/Prepaid cards or Other Bank Cards would not work on domestic HDFC Bank ATMs for Cash withdrawals.
  • Some of the ATM transactions performed by HDFC Bank Customers on other Bank ATMs may also witness a decline during this period.
  • Domestic purchase transactions performed on HDFC Bank acquiring terminals (POS/Online) using HDFC/Other Bank Cards would also not work during the mentioned period.
  • International transactions and transactions performed by HDFC Bank Customers on other Bank Acquiring (ATM/POS/e-commerce) would continue to work flawlessly.
  • Load / reload for Prepaid Cards using HDFC Bank Debit and Credit cards would witness a decline during this period. 


We request you to plan your purchases/cash withdrawals/card usage accordingly to avoid difficulties.
