Here are 4 easy ways to submit FATCA/ CRS Annexure/ Curing Declaration :

  1. Login to NetBanking - Go to ‘Accounts’ > Click on ‘Request’ > Update Extended KYC

  2. Email a scanned self-certified copy of the Extended KYC Annexure/ Curing Declaration to rekychdfcbank@hdfcbank.com from your registered email id

  3. Submit a self-certified copy of the Extended KYC Annexure/ Curing Declaration at an HDFC Bank branch

  4. Submit a self-certified copy of the Extended KYC Annexure/ Curing Declaration through HDFC Bank’s Mailbox service at overseas locations

Individual customers can complete their ReKYC through the following modes:


  • Login to NetBanking - Go to ‘Accounts’ > Click on ‘Request’ > Confirm KYC Details

  • Customers can send their duly signed Re-KYC form & valid KYC documents through registered email id to Rekychdfcbank@hdfcbank.com (only if the customer confirms that there is no change in address).

  • Through the DAP link where the customer has to verify the pre-filled form & submit with Aadhaar - OTP authentication. (only if the customer confirms that there is no change in address). 

  • By visiting their nearest branch


Individual customers can add/update Nomination through the following modes:


  • Login to NetBanking - Go to ‘Accounts’ > Click on ‘Request’ > View/ Update Nomination Details

  • By visiting any nearest branch
