We hope you and your family are safe and well.

We want to share that our regulator, The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), has partially lifted the embargo it imposed on us in December 2020. We want to express our thanks to the RBI for this action.

In equal measure, we would like to thank YOU, our dear Customer, for standing by your bank during this time. We truly appreciate your loyalty and patience over the past months. Today, we can proudly say that we are well and truly on our way to enhance customer experience by harnessing technology and digital, all of which will be evident in the near future.

The RBI has lifted the ban on sourcing new credit cards. During this time, we have been laying the groundwork to roll out brand new offerings in co-branded cards and partnerships. With these new offerings in addition to our existing suite of cards, we are confident that we are ready to meet your every need and ‘come back with a bang’.  

The journey towards building a future-ready organisation has well and truly begun. The essential part of this journey is keeping the Customer at the heart of every new development and initiative. The embargo has strengthened our resolve to grow our market and revenue by serving you better.  

We will demonstrate through our actions that we have what it takes to achieve greater heights – for our customers, society and the Nation. The future is bright, and the best is yet to come.
