• Winners are requested to go through the T&Cs and FAQs below. 
• An RSVP is requested from the winners for confirmation on their participation for the show, HDFC Team will get in touch via Call to confirm the same. 
• Sony Team will also get in touch with the customers for confirmation on the participation. 
• Customers confirming for the participation are deemed to accept the T&Cs for Audience Pass. 
• HDFC Bank is only facilitating for Audience Pass. This does not include Travel and Stay arrangements.

Culver TV Shows mean Television shows on Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited 

Terms and Conditions for Audience Passes – HDFC 

1. This Audience Pass permits entry for only 1 (one) customer of HDFC Bank (“Person”) as an audience to the set of the show and is non-transferrable & is not for sale. 
2. Each Person must be between age of 18 (eighteen) to 65 years as on date to enter the set location.  
3. This Audience Pass shall not permit entry to any person who is a government official and/or member of Indian judiciary. 
4. It is mandatory for each Person to carry 1 (one) Identity Proof – PAN Card/ Aadhar card 
5. Smoking cigarettes, vape etc. and drinking alcohol is prohibited on set location. 
6. Any food and drinks (except water) are strictly NOT allowed inside the set of the show. Dangerous goods such as explosives, fireworks, weapon, sharp objects, lighter, poisonous, flammable liquids & solids etc., are prohibited on set location. 
7. For security purposes, each Person may be frisked, and belongings to be physically checked by the concerned security staff of the Organizer. 
8. Person agrees that he/she/they shall be captured on camera and the organizers shall have the complete authority to use the footage in any manner and form as recorded by the organizers as they deem fit, for the show. 
9. Each Person shall be subject to show specific terms and conditions and shall have to sign a release form and/or any other documentation to enter the set of the show as an audience and strictly adhere to all protocols, guidelines (including COVID-related) as required by the organiser, failing which the organizer shall have absolute discretion to ask the Person to leave the set location immediately. 
10. Organizer will NOT be responsible towards any expenses, loss, damage, theft of property incurred by a Person on the set, in any manner whatsoever. 
11. Each Person agrees that HDFC Bank’s responsibility is limited to facilitating the availability of the Audience Pass to the Person. HDFC Bank shall NOT be responsible towards any expenses, loss, damage, theft of property, harm occurred to, health related hazards arising to a Person on the shoot day or the set location, in any manner whatsoever.  
12. Each Person to ensure his/her/their own safety, security and well-being and organizer shall not be in any manner liable for any arrangements, whatsoever.  

Audience Pass FAQs – For Participants

• What is the eligibility criteria for get/win the Audience Passes of Culver’s TV Shows? 

It is subject to the eligibility criteria finalized by HDFC Bank.  

• How many passes can one customer get? 

Each qualified Customer will be eligible for 1 Audience Pass to Culver’s TV Shows. 

• Can anyone else accompany (friends, children, or anyone else) me as an Audience? 

No, only the qualified customer (participant) to whom HDFC Bank has granted the Audience Pass can attend the event. 

• Can I transfer or give my pass to my friend or relative? 

The benefit can only be utilized by the HDFC Customers (participant) who has been granted the Audience Pass & is non-transferrable. 

• Is there any age criteria to access/enter the set of the particular show as an audience? 

Yes, the participant’s age should be between 18 to 65  years  

• Do I need to produce any identity proof to access/enter the set of the particular show as an audience? 

Yes, you need to provide PAN/Aadhaar card. The details on the PAN/Aadhaar card should match the details of the HDFC Customer/participant shared by HDFC Bank 

• Do I need to fill any details to access/enter the set of the particular show as an audience? 

Each Customer/participant who avails the Audience Pass for Culver’s TV Show shall have to sign a release form and/or any other documentation to access the set of the particular show as an audience and strictly adhere to all the protocols, guidelines (including COVID-related) as required by Culver. 

• Can a Government Officials and/or members of the Indian Judiciary avail the Audience Pass? 

No, the Audience Passes for Culver’s TV Shows should not be availed by / provided to any Government Officials and/or members of the Indian Judiciary. 

• Do I need to share RSVP before attending the event? 

Yes, Customer/participant has to RSVP 5 working days before the event 

• How long should I be available for the event on the set of the particular show as an audience? 

It will be 7 to 8 Hrs Shoot. 

• Will I be contacted by the show organisers apart from HDFC Bank? 

- Yes, the show organisers will get in touch with you for details on the venue and re-confirmation on the attendance. 

- You maybe shared a link by the organizing team, to fill in few mandatory details as per rules of the show.
