HDFC Bank Signs MoU with MPOnline, Government of Madhya Pradesh

Bhopal, August 19, 2024: HDFC Bank, India’s leading private sector bank, today announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MPOnline, Government of Madhya Pradesh. With this, HDFC Bank is a pioneer in being the first ever financial institution to enable banking products and services through MPOnline. MP Online is an e-governance initiative by the Government of Madhya Pradesh and developed by MPOnline Limited.
As per the MoU, MPOnline will offer HDFC Bank’s over 40 products and services via its 80,000 agent’s networks present in all 55 districts of the state. The partnership will expand the Bank’s reach in the state and help to provide an enhanced customer experience.
The MoU was signed by Mr. Satyen Modi, Executive Vice President and Business Head North, East & Central, ABCP (Alternate Banking Channel and Partnerships) - HDFC Bank and Mr. Prashant Rathi, Chief Operating Officer, MPOnline in presence of Mr. Mairaj Uddin, Executive Vice President and Head – Product, Digital Solutions & Process, ABCP (Alternate Banking Channel and Partnerships) – HDFC Bank, Mr. Sandeep Singh Rajpal, Business Head, MPOnline and other senior dignitaries from HDFC Bank and MPOnline.
