Whistle Blower Awareness and Protection Training

The “Whistle Blower Policy” of the Bank encompasses a comprehensive framework of managing complaints of every stakeholder. HDFC Bank Limited encourages an open and transparent system of working and dealings amongst the employees, customers and members of general public coming into contact with the Bank. The Whistle Blower Policy has been put in place to encourage & empower the employees and Stakeholders to make or report any Protected Disclosures under the Policy without any fear of reprisal, retaliation, discrimination, or harassment of any kind. Ethics Office conducts awareness sessions to Bank’s employees imparting knowledge on Code of Conduct & Whistle Blower mechanism of the Bank. In FY 2024-25, a total of 247 awareness sessions were conducted covering 59693 staff. 


The Policy is applicable to all the branches/corporate offices of the Bank and is displayed on the Bank’s website as well as on the intranet of the Bank. Link for accessing the Whistleblower Policy is appended herewith.
