Terms & Conditions:

1.  Voucher Offer is at customer level i.e. single offer per customer. Only one offer can be claimed by one customer

2.  This offer is only for FCY Inward remittances received between 11th October to 12th November and through our Correspondent banks.

3. The offer period has been extended till 31st January 2022, other offer details remain same.

4.  The offer is applicable for FCY Inward remittances credited to NRE/NRO accounts for USD 2000 equivalent or more (INR 148000)

5.  The vouchers will be applicable to FCY Inward Remittances in all currencies for the amount of USD 2000 equivalent or more (INR148000).

6.  Festive Treat Rates i.e. 5 Paise better than NR Forex Rates will be applicable to all FCY inward remittances received in USD, GBP and EURO currencies only and the eligible transactions will be credited with betterment of rate into beneficiary’s NRE/NRO account.

7.  The offer voucher will be given to the customers post 30 days from end of offer period.

8.  The vouchers will be valid for 30 days and hence customer should redeem the same before expiry. Incase customer is unable to redeem voucher within the validity period no fresh vouchers will be issued against the expired vouchers.

9.  The offer vouchers will have a discount code which can be redeemed by customers and the usage will be tracked

10.  Offer will be applicable for FCY remittance received during promo period and successfully credited to NRE/NRO account.

11.  This offer is valid for HDFC Bank customers only

12.  HDFC Bank reserves the right to, without liability or prejudice to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel any offer, without assigning any reasons thereof. In case of any dispute or discretion, HDFC Bank’s decision shall be binding and final. The aforesaid Offers are subject to applicable law, regulations and regulatory guidelines issued by regulatory bodies and would be modified / discontinued based on the prevailing law / regulation at any point of time and neither party shall be under any liability or obligation or continue implementation of the said Offers till such time the terms are modified by the Parties as per the prevailing/ amended law/guidelines at that point of time. In the event that the Offer/’s cannot be continued without total compliance of the prevailing law or guidelines at any point of time, the said Offer shall be deemed to be terminated forthwith from the date when the amended law restricting / prohibiting the Offer comes into force.

Voucher Offer Redemption Process

Execution of the Conditional Vouchers: The Conditional Vouchers/Offers will be listed on a microsite from where the customers will be able to redeem the same:

1.  The customer will receive a communication with the microsite link.

2.  The eligible customer will be able to view all such offers in one go

3.  As a second step, the customer clicks on ‘CLAIM CODE’ call to action for the chosen Conditional Voucher

4.  Upon viewing such a pop-up, customer needs to enter the requested information (Mobile Number & Email id)

5.  Customer will receive the OTP on their registered mobile number, enters in the ‘Enter OTP’ box for validation, clicks on submit, and the chosen Conditional Voucher will reach to the customer’s mobile number & email instantly
