Documents required


Apply for PIS permission through HDFC Bank on submitting the following documents -

  • PIS bank account opening form
  • RPI Form (for NREPIS account  )duly filled and signed by all the holders.
  • PIS application form and Details of all shares purchased through the primary market on repatriation basis or Non repatriation basis to be enclosed
  • PIS tariff sheet
  • Demat holding statement ( In case of existing shared to be reported)

You may get all the account opening forms through form centre ( click here for form centre link) available on our website and submit duly filled and singed forms to your relationship manager or branch manager where you hold your NRE/ NRO bank account.
