Can this limit of Rs. 10 Lakh be increased / reduced / customised at Account level for Sole Proprietors or Individual C.A. holders ?

Yes. Using the form based process, the limits can be customised exactly as per customer’s requirements.

Is the default funds transfer limit facility also available to Sole Proprietors or Individual C.A. customers who have already registered on BizXpress ?

Yes. Customers who have already registered for BizXpress will also be extended the default funds transfer limit. They will also be displayed the online consent option, accepting which the default limits will become available to the customer.

If the customer has already given the form based request for one of the accounts, will the default limit still be available to him? How will the default limit behave?

Yes, the default limit will still be available to rest of his Sole Prop. & Individual C.A.s. The accounts for which customer has already given a form based request or gives in future, the form based limits will supersede the default limits.

Are default limit extended / going to be extended to Savings Accounts and other Current Account types as well.

No, default funds transfer limits are only for Sole Prop. & Individual C.A.s

If the customer has multiple types of Customer IDs (Sole Prop. auth signatory, Individual S.A., Partnership auth signatory) linked in a BizXpress User ID, will Rs. 10 Lakh limit be extended to all the accounts ?

No, default funds transfer limits are only for Sole Prop. & Individual C.A.s

If the customer links a Sole Prop. or Individual C.A. Customer ID after registration, will the limits still be extended to the Sole Prop. & Individual C.A. ?

Yes. They will also be displayed the online consent option after the Customer ID linking is done, accepting which the default limits will become available to the Sole Prop. & Individual C.A.

If my customer has multiple Sole Prop. & Individual Current Accounts linked on BizXpress User ID, what will the default limit be ?

Default limit will be Rs. 10 Lakh, irrespective of the number of Sole Prop. & Individual current accounts in the User ID.

What if the customer does not want any default limits on his Individual & Sole Prop. current accounts?

Please collect form based request from customer for the accounts where the limit has to be removed, and process it via FTS under BizXpress tag. The physical form is to be sent to WBO Branch after request is processed.
