• Customer can avail this service by calling from their registered mobile no. to our Phone Banking service/ Relationship Manager
• Any request received till 3 pm on Day 0 will be executed on working Day 1. Request received after 3 pm will be executed on Day 1 on best effort basis or it will be executed on Day 2
• Request can be processed on bank working days only
• Doorstep banking is currently available in select locations only. New Locations are added on a regular basis, for the latest availability please contact your branch manager / relationship manager
• Cash delivery service will be provided against the self drawn cheque. The maximum cash delivery limit per withdrawal will be of Rs. 25,000/- and the minimum amount will be Rs. 5000/-
• Customer to call Phone Banking no. to avail this service
• Service will be provided only at the address registered in the account
• One Service free per quarter till Mar'22 and post that below mentioned charges will be applicable
  
• Charges:

- Cash Pickup / Delivery : Rs. 200/- per call + taxes

- Instrument pickup : Rs. 100/- per call + taxes
