Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), in respect of SEBI circular (SEBI/HO/AFD/AFD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2024/77) dated June 05, 2024 providing framework for flexibility to FPIs in dealing with securities post expiry of their registration.
