What you need to do
Send your documents to HDFC Bank in 3 simple steps:
Download the relevant form
Fill the form and attach relevant documents (If required)
Send it through ordinary post to the P.O. Box address nearest to your
location. Please ensure that you mention your Name, Customer Id and Account
number with each request
On receipt of your request, an acknowledgement email will be sent to you
on the email id maintained on the Bank records. We will not be in a position
to act on your request if an email id is not available on the Bank records.
