We have upgraded your PayZapp experience – Download the new app and use the same mobile number. Please note that the access to your old PayZapp wallet balance will be stopped on May 10, 2023.
The old wallet balance will get transferred to the new PayZapp wallet on successful registration & KYC validation
We recommend that you upgrade to the new app immediately or exhaust the balance in the current app by May 10, 2023. Any available balance beyond May 10, 2023, can be transferred to you June 1, 2023 onwards and only after submission of valid PAN copy and cancelled cheque via the Help Centre section on the new app.

Steps to transfer from payzapp wallet to Account
Click on Pay/Send money
Click on bank icon
Enter account name, account number, IFSC code, account type and amount
Proceed to payment in one click
Steps to load money in your wallet
Click on add money
Enter amount you wish to load in your wallet
Select the card you want to use to load money
Process with one click.
To Send money instantly from account to account using UPI
Click on send money icon present on the home screen
Select BHIM UPI and enter Payee’s UPI ID. You can also Select contact or enter payees Bank account details to make a transfer.
