1. On the home screen

When you first launch the PayZapp app on your phone, you arrive at the home screen after entering your screen lock password. The latest version of the app shows your UPI ID next to the text—‘Accounts & Cards’—right above the section where your PayZapp Wallet balance and cash points are visible.

1. Click on the ‘Accounts & Cards’ section in the PayZapp app.

2. You will be able to see your primary UPI ID below the ‘UPI Accounts’ text banner.

3. Click on the ‘UPI Accounts’ option to access to your UPI IDs of different banks connected with your PayZapp.
   
   

You can also change your primary UPI ID by clicking on the preferred ID and selecting the option ‘Make Primary Account.’

3. In the menu section
   
   

After launching PayZapp on your phone, you will arrive at the Home Screen of the app. From here you can find your UPI ID on the Home Screen itself as mentioned before or go to the menu section.

Click on the hamburger menu in the upper-left corner to access the menu. Here, you will be able to view your primary UPI ID under your name. If you click on the ‘Profile’ button and then select ‘View my QR code’ option, you will be able to see your primary UPI ID. On this page, you will also have the option to copy your UPI ID or share your QR code to other apps as a PNG image.

Where to Find UPI ID For Others?

You can view the UPI ID of other individuals in your contact list as well through the PayZapp app by following the steps given below:

1. Select the ‘Send Money’ option in the app.

2. Select the contact number.

3. Their primary UPI ID (if they have multiple UPI IDs associated with that number) will be visible below their name on the top-left side of the screen.
   
   

How to Link UPI ID in PayZapp

PayZapp enables users to send money to their contacts and request money from others in a secure manner. Whether you are an HDFC Bank customer or not, you can link your bank account in PayZapp.

Once you select the bank account, the app will automatically retrieve your bank details. You can view the last four digits of your bank account number. Click on proceed, accept the term and conditions, and continue.
