How To Block/Deactivate Credit Card Online
If you have lost your HDFC Bank Credit Card or it has been stolen, you can hotlist or cancel it by calling our PhoneBanking numbers, blocking it online through NetBanking or visiting an HDFC branch.
NetBanking

Step1

Login to NetBanking using your NetBanking ID and Password |

Step2

Click on Credit Cards tab and then on Credit Card Hotlisting on the left hand side. A list of Credit Cards registered under NetBanking will appear |

Step3

Click on the Credit Card number you wish to hotlist |
|
Step4
|
Select reason for hotlisting |
|
Step5
|
Select if you would like the card to be re-issued |
PhoneBanking

Step1
|
Validate your Telephone Identification Number (TIN). This is a 4-digit number that is provided to you by HDFC Bank for accessing PhoneBanking Services |

Step2
|
Follow the instructions to block or cancel your card |

Collect application form from a branch or download it here |

Step2
|
Complete the form and submit at the branch |

Step | SMS “Block CC <Last 4 digit of your Credit Card number>” on 7308080808 from registered mobile number with HDFC Bank. Eg “Block CC 1234” on 7308080808 |
