Authorized Key Managerial Personnel

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“the Regulations”), the following Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank, from time to time, are severally authorized by the Policy to determine whether an event / information is material as per the Policy and the Regulations and whether and when to make disclosure of the same as per the Regulations.
