For payments through RTGS, the remitter (customer) is required to submit the ' RTGS Funds Transfer Application Form ' (authorising HDFC Bank to debit the remitter's account and transfer funds to the beneficiary specified in the application form) at any of our specified branches.

The remitter shall be responsible for the accuracy of the particulars given in the RTGS Funds Transfer Application Form. A payment order issued for execution shall become irrevocable when the Bank executes it. Any revocation after the remitting bank (HDFC Bank) executes the payment order shall not be binding on any party in the RTGS system.
