A. For Individual Cases:- Photo ID proof, Signature proof,
Address Proof to be Obtained.
B. For Sole Proprietorship:- Photo ID Signature proof,
Address Proof & Sole Proprietorship Proof to Obtained.
C. For Partnership Firm:-
- Partners Consent letter to be Obtained on a Prescribed format.
- Photo Id, Signature proof, Address Proof of the Partner to whom
the power is provided by the Other Partners to execute the documents
in favour of HDFC Bank Ltd.
- Signature Proof of remaining all the Partners is required to be
provided.
- PAN Card of the Firm duly OSV either by RM/CO-ex and or SP (Case
to Case)
- Partnership Deed of the Firm duly CTC by the Partners.
- Address proof of the Firm. (Telephone bill, TIN certificate, VAT
license, Mandi license, Electricity bill)
D. For Pvt Ltd/Ltd Co:-
- BR of the Company to be Obtained (format at differ from company
to company however following points to be covered in said BR from
Banks point of view
- Banking facility to be availed from HDFC bank
- Amt of facility
- Security creation clause
- Authority delegation for execution of document
- Common seal witness clause (in accordence with MOA/AOA)
- Photo Id, Signature proof, Address Proof of the Director/s to whom
the power is provided by the Other Director/s by a way of BR to execute
the documents in favour of HDFC Bank Ltd.
- Signature Proof of Directors Signing the BR to be Obtained.
- PAN Card of the company duly OSV either by RM/CO-ex and or SP.
- MOA/AOA/List of Directors of the Firm duly CTC by the Director/s.
- Form No.32,if Applicable is required to be Provided. (to ascertain
appointment of director)
- CA/CS Certified List of Directors to be obtained. - (in case directors
details not matching with MOA/AOA)
- Address proof of the Firm.
- Common Seal is required to affixed on the Documents in conformity
with the the AOA/MOA and same needs to be Witnessed by Director/s.
E. Properitorship/Partnership Firm Prop/Parnters are HUF:-
NOC from Co-Parcenors of HUF to be obtained duly Notarised and stamped,In
Case of Prop firm Propritors is HUF the documents needs to be executed/Signed
accordingly.
