  1. The 10 % Cashback offer is only valid for transactions using HDFC Bank Credit Card on www.shoppersstop.com.
  2. The cashback will not be applicable for Crossword merchandise, Gift Vouchers and First Citizen membership purchased online. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer.
  3. Offer valid till 31st January 2010.
  4. The minimum transaction size to be eligible for Cashback offer is Rs.1500/-
  5. Maximum Cashback amount per transaction will be Rs 500/-
  6. The cash back amount will be credited to the customers credit card account within 14 days of the order shipping date.
  7. If, after cashback amount being posted the order is cancelled or returned, the cashback amount also will be reversed. i.e. 10% cash back given on the returned items shall be reduced from the amount to be refunded to the purchaser against the return of the item
  8. Offer is valid only for successful/approved transactions.

  17. Delinquent and over limit HDFC Bank card members will not qualify for this promotion.

  20. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  21. HDFC Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of service provided by the vendor. The quality of the service is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider.
  22. Any Government levies / taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, , any Local Tax etc. arising out of the same will be borne by the HDFC Bank Credit card customer.
  23. Above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the Card members Agreement.

All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
  25. The participants will not hold HDFC Bank responsible for, or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of above offer.
