HDFC Bank – IndiGo Promotion Offer
  1. The 15% discount on base fare (offer) is valid for bookings done on www.goindigo.in or through the IndiGo call centre.
  2. The published base fare will be discounted by 15% on using the discount code “FLYHDFC3” given to the HDFC Bank Credit / Debit Cardholders.
  3. The offer is valid on bookings made from 1st October to 31st March 10 for any dates of travel of the cardholder’s choice.
  4. Tickets booked for infants cannot be included to avail of the offer.
  5. The discount is calculated only on the base fare. All taxes as applicable are payable extra and are not discounted.
  6. This offer is valid for Indian residents and citizens only.
  7. The terms and conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
  8. Delinquent and over-limit HDFC Bank Credit Card members will not qualify for this promotion.
  9. HDFC Bank Cardholders are not bound in anyway to participate in this offer. Any participation is voluntary and the offer is being made purely on a ‘best effort’ basis.
  10. HDFC Bank and IndiGo reserve the right at anytime, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above offer by another offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
  11. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by HDFC Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.
  12. HDFC Bank is neither responsible nor guarantees the quality of gifts/ products /service provided by the vendor. The quality of the service / gift is the responsibility of the vendor / service provider.
  13. Any Government levies / taxes like Sales Tax, TDS, Road Tax, Airport Tax, any Local Tax etc. arising out of the same will be borne by the HDFC Bank Credit / Debit Card customer.
  14. The above offer is by way of a special offer for select HDFC Bank Credit / Debit Cardholders only and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of the above schemes shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card member agreement.

" All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Chennai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.

The participants will not hold HDFC Bank responsible or liable for any deficiency or defect in the product/services availed by Credit / Debit Card customer, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a participant may suffer, sustain or incur by way of above offer.
