Credit Card Usage Guide
Paying card dues is now easy and simple, thanks to the options given below.

Exclusively for HDFC Bank account holders:
Net Banking
Once you have registered yourself for HDFC Bank NetBanking facility, you can transfer the funds from your Savings / Current account into your Credit Card account. This facility is absolutely hassle-free and can be done at your own comfort.
HDFC Bank Phone Banking
You can instruct the HDFC Bank Phone Banking officer to transfer the funds from your Savings / Current account into your Credit Card account.
ATM Transfer
You can transfer funds from your Savings / Current account to your credit card account, using your ATM Card at HDFC Bank ATM centres.
Standing instructions
You can give a written instruction to automatically debit a pre-determined portion of your monthly outstanding from your Savings / Current account to your credit card account. However, for this facility, your account with HDFC Bank should be a sole account or a joint account with 'any' or 'either' signing mandate.

For all customers:
Through ATMs
Walk into select HDFC Bank ATMs in India, at any time, and deposit your credit card payment by cash or cheque.
Drop box option
You can also make your credit card payment by cheque, quoting your 16-digit credit card number, and drop the cheque at any of our drop boxes in your city. These drop boxes are available at all HDFC Bank branches and ATMs in your city.
Over the Counter
You can also make your payment by cash at any of the HDFC Bank branches, by quoting your 16-digit credit card number.
With effect from 1 May 2007, cash processing fee of Rs 50 per payment is payable on cash deposits at HDFC Bank branches/ATMs.
Card accounts levied with Late Payment Charges in the latest generated statement will be exempted from the cash processing fee.
