Where can I use my EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card?
- Accepted World over:
Your EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card is accepted at Merchant outlets accepting Visa credit cards using an electronic terminal displaying the Visa / Visa Electron logo. Shop at over 110000 such merchant locations in India and over 13 million merchant locations worldwide. You can use your Woman's Advantage Debit Card at any ATM displaying the Visa / Plus logo. Withdraw cash at over 15,000 such ATMs in India and over 1 million Visa Plus ATMs worldwide. You can also use your Woman's Advantage Debit Card at State Bank of India, Andhra Bank and certain Canara Bank / Bank of India locations for cash withdrawal. And of course, you can always use it at any HDFC Bank ATM as a normal ATM Card.
- Usage:
You can use your HDFC Bank EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card to withdraw cash at the ATM and make your day to day purchases at Merchant locations including Department Stores, Petrol Pumps, Restaurants etc. What's more, the Card gives you the power to access your Bank account as well. Also, there is no danger of overspending. You can only spend what you have in your account.

Are there any transaction limits for the EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card?
For your safety, we have a daily limit of Rs. 15000 at the ATMs and Rs. 25000
at the Merchant Locations. This is subject to the balance available in your
account.(Effective July 25,2007).

What if my EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card is lost or stolen?
You are also protected against any misuse, in case your card is lost or stolen. You will not have any liability to any fraudulent Point Of Sale (POS)transactions on the debit card, which take place upto 30 days prior to reporting the card loss.

What do I do in case of a void transaction on my Debit card?
To receive credit back on void transaction done on your Debit card, you need to fax a copy of the void transaction slip either to PhoneBanking or to your nearest HDFC Bank branch.

Can I get add on cards on my EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card?

Are there any charges for using the EasyShop Woman's Advantage Debit Card?
There are absolutely no transaction charges for using the card at a Merchant location. As mentioned earlier, there is no surcharge for using the card at Petrol Pumps too. However, at Railway Stations, charges are levied as per industry practice.
There are no charges for using the card at HDFC Bank ATM. Transaction charges are levied at Non HDFC Bank Visa/ Plus ATMs.
