Where can I use my EasyShop Business Debit Card?
Your MasterCard Business Debit Card can be used at all Merchant locations displaying the MasterCard logo or at any ATM displaying the MasterCard/ Cirrus logo. The Debit card can of course be used at all HDFC Bank ATMs as a normal ATM card.

Are there any transaction limits for the EasyShop Business Debit Card?
For your safety, we have a daily limit of Rs. 50,000 at the ATMs and Rs. 50,000 at the Merchant Locations. This is subject to the balance available in your account.

What do I do in case of a void transaction on my Debit card?
To receive credit back on void transaction done on your Debit card, you need to fax a copy of the void transaction slip either to PhoneBanking or to your nearest HDFC Bank branch.

Are there any charges for using the EasyShop Business Debit Card?
There are absolutely no transaction charges for using the card at a Merchant location. As a special feature, there is no surcharge for using the card at petrol Pumps too. However, at Railway stations, charges are levied as per industry practice.
There are no charges for using the card at HDFC Bank ATM. Transaction charges are levied at Non HDFC Bank MasterCard/ Cirrus ATMs.

What is 0% petrol surcharge at petrol pumps?
As an EasyShop Business Debit Card holder, any petrol surcharge levied on your Card at any petrol pump in India will be reversed in the subsequent month.

How can I get the EasyShop Business Debit Card?
If you already have a current account with us, fill the Business Debit Card application form and submit to our branch, and we will courier the card to you. If you don't have a current account, open one today and request for an EasyShop Business Debit Card.

What are the annual charges for the EasyShop Business Debit Card?
The charges for the EasyShop Business Debit card are Rs. 250 per annum.
