Incase you would like to register a POA given to another individual to operate you demat account, you may kindly do so.

However you need to ensure the following
POA holder is subject to KYC guidelines of HDFC Bank.
Notarised copy of POA is required to submitted to HDFC Bank.
Signature of both Donor and Donee should be available on the POA.
POA should have atleast the minimum clauses advised by NSDL.
