FoodPlus Card is an electronic prepaid Card issued in partnership with Visa International which can be given by the corporate to its employees for meal allowance

Can an individual apply for FoodPlus Card?
The FoodPlus Card can be issued to employees of any corporate. Corporate has
to apply for issuance of the FoodPlus Card to its employees.

How can one top up the value on the Card?
The FoodPlus Card can be reloaded on a periodic basis on the instructions
received from the corporate.

Where can the FoodPlus Card be used?
The FoodPlus Card can be used at all Visa "Food & Beverage"
outlets in India.

What purchases can be made with the Card?
The FoodPlus Card has to be used only for the purchase of food and beverage
items.

Can I withdraw cash at the ATM using this Card?
The FoodPlus Card cannot be used for Cash withdrawal at any
ATM.

What if I lose or forget my ATM / NetBanking PIN?
The cardholder can call the local HDFC Bank PhoneBanking number and ask for
a PIN reissuance. The PIN however will be delivered to the purchaser's address
with the bank.

What should I do incase the Card is lost?
Call HDFC Bank PhoneBanking for hotlisting the lost Card. A new Card will be issued to you and the residual balance on the hotlisted Card transferred to the new Card. The re-issued Card will be dispatched to the last mailing address.
