Where can I use my EasyShop NRO Debit Card?
Your VISA Debit Card can be used at all Merchant locations displaying the VISA logo or at any ATM displaying the VISA / PLUS logo in India. The Debit card can of course be used at all HDFC Bank ATMs as a normal ATM card.

How does the EasyShop NRO Debit Card work?
All you need to do is present your card to the merchant who will swipe it through the electronic terminal and enter the amount of your purchase. You only need to sign the transaction slip, of which you get to retain a copy. Your account will be automatically debited for the amount of your purchase.
At all Visa Plus / Cirrus ATM locations use this card just as you would use your ATM card for cash withdrawals.
The amount of purchase or cash withdrawal is instantly debited from your account with HDFC Bank.

What do I do in case of a void transaction on my EasyShop NRO Debit card?
To receive credit back on void transaction done on your EasyShop NRO Debit card, you need to fax a copy of the void transaction slip either to PhoneBanking or to your nearest HDFC Bank branch.

Are there any transaction limits for the EasyShop NRO Debit Card?
For your safety we have a daily limit of Rs.15,000/- at ATMs, and Rs. 25,000/- at merchant locations, that is subject to the available balance in your account.

Are there any charges for using the EasyShop NRO Debit Card?
There is no charge for using the card at an HDFC Bank ATM. There is no charge for using the card at a Merchant location (However at Petrol Pumps and Railway stations transaction charges are levied as per industry practice).

How can I get the EasyShop NRO Debit Card?
If you already have an NRO Account with us, just fill in a simple application
form available at the branch and we will send the card across to you. If you
don't have an account, open one today and request for the EasyShop NRO Debit
Card to be issued to you.
