One Time Password (OTP)

In line with our initiative of introducing enhanced security measures on a consistent basis, we are glad to launch the 'One Time Password (OTP)'. This is to ensure that all your NetBanking transactions are conducted in a safe online environment.

The OTP would be used for authenticating a certain set of transactions on NetBanking. As a part of the transaction itself, the OTP will be generated and sent to your registered mobile number. Thus, there is no need to generate the OTP before conducting the transaction. The OTP will be valid for a specific transaction only.

You need to ensure that your mobile number is updated with the bank.

To check if your mobile number is updated, log in to NetBanking with the help of your customer id and password (IPIN), and click on 'Change Profile' on the top right-hand side.

Please note that as a security measure, you will not be allowed to modify the mobile number online. In order to update your contact details, click to download the form and submit it to any branch.

Important note:

  • Please ensure that your mobile number is updated in our records.
