How do I register for BillPay? |
BillPay enables you to pay your utility bills in India through the comfort

How do I apply for an International Debit
Card? |
To apply for an International Debit Card, kindly download the e-Age
Banking Channels Application form, fill it and send it to your branch.

Within a week of receipt of your e-Age
Banking Channels Application form, we shall have your International
Debit Card issued and sent to your mailing address registered with the Bank.
For Security reasons the International Debit Card PIN number will be sent
to you by a separate mail.
The e-Age Banking Channels form can be used to register for NetBanking,
PhoneBanking, BillPay and also for applying for an International Debit Card.

How do I get my Debit Card PIN / NetBanking
PIN re-issued? |
To get your Debit Card PIN / NetBanking PIN re-issued, all you need to
do is send a written request mentioning your name and account details, to
your branch in India. Or simply mail your instruction to a local PO Box
in your country overseas.

How do I request for an account statement? |
You need to login to NetBanking, to request for an account statement. In case you do not have NetBanking access, please send a written instruction to your branch requesting for an account statement.
The statement will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the request at your mailing address registered with the Bank.

How do I request for a chequebook? |
You will need to login to NetBanking, to request for a cheque book. The
cheque book will be sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the request,
at your mailing address registered with the bank.

How do I order a Demand Draft online? |
You can order a Demand Draft through NetBanking. Provide the Draft amount
(in INR) along with the beneficiary details. The Demand Draft is couriered
to the mailing address / beneficiary address provided within 4 working days.
Demand Drafts shall be made payable in Indian Rupees and shall be couriered
to a location in India only.
