Are there any charges to use this facility?
At present this service is FREE for all money transfers.

Yes. You can track your remittance status using our online Tracker on www.hdfcbank.com/nri.

How will I know that the money has been sent to my beneficiary's bank A/c?
The status of your transaction will be put on Quickremit. The credit to your beneficiary's a/c should happen the same day of us sending the request.

What is minimum amount that can be credited to other Bank Accounts?
Minimum amount to execute a transaction for direct credits to other bank accounts is Rs. 1 Lac. For all transactions with amounts less than Rs.1 Lac a Demand Draft* will be issued for the same and dispatched.
*A charge of 0.75/Rs.1000 will be deducted for issuing demand drafts.

In case the instructions given are incorrect, how will the transaction be processed?
In case the beneficiary details are incorrect, the request will be returned within 2 hours marking the transaction as rejected. You shall be informed of the same through a phone call to furnish the correct information and the same will be updated on the website for viewing. After the correct information is furnished a DD will be sent to your beneficiary of the said amount. The DD/Dispatch charges would be 0.75 Paise per thousand rupees.
