While completing the documents, please ensure that
- All details are completed on the account opening form
- The name on the forms tallies with that on your passport and / or as mentioned on the Preliminary Application form you submitted online (if applicable).
- The signature on the form tallies with that on your passport. If there has been a change in your signature, kindly submit the enclosed letter (Signature Change.pdf) along with your account opening documents.
- The passport and Visa copies enclosed are attested as required . If the documents are attested by yourself please enclose two identification documents as specified.
- Incase you would like to register a nomination on this account, please complete the nomination form. Click here.
