Infinia cardmembers provided by VISA)
The Visa Infinia Customer Center (VICC) is a one-stop shop staffed by highly trained
professionals who provide a wide range of Concierge & Emergency services for
Visa Infinia cardholders in Asia Pacific. The VICC is operational 24 X 7 and is
easily accessible via a comprehensive network of international toll-free numbers
given below. If there is no international toll free number available for a particular
country, cardmembers can reach the VICC by making a collect call. Emergency needs
like lost/stolen cards replacement, emergency cash disbursement etc., can be fulfilled
by VICC. Please refer to "Concierge Services" section on Benefits page
for details of the types of concierge services that the VICC can offer.
